In gold-autumn August, after the work summary in July and the work planning in August were successfully completed, the company organized the collective study of the chairman and president's speeches on corporate culture.
Through study, we deeply realized the corporate culture of "pragmatic, innovative, inclusive and win-win" run through the whole process of enterprise survival and development from the formulation and deployment of enterprise strategy to the implementation and landing. And the landing of corporate culture played an important role and had profound significance in the development process of the company.
At the same time, the sharing of the strategic layout of the company and the path to achieve the goals by the chairman and the president was also of great guiding significance for us to combine with our own development planning, work implementation and goal achievement.
First of all, considering the current situation of enterprise development, the chairman mentioned that under the circumstances of suppression of external environmental policies and increasingly fierce competition, we should give full play to the powerful force of internal subjective efforts, combine the superior resources and clear strategies of the enterprise, seize the opportunity. All business sectors and functional departments should respond quickly and work together to achieve the goals of company and individuals to realize the market value at the same time.
To implement our own specific work, we need to set up a core team from the dimensions of competition and customers, and be pragmatic and enterprising. From the following dimensions, think and practice how to create sustainable core competitiveness:
① Scale and cost advantages brought by the layout of the whole industrial chain;
‚ë° Operation advantages brought by advanced engineering equipment and production layout;
③ Technology leading advantage brought by continuous improvement of process route;
④ Stable market, brand and customer resources brought by stable, long-term and high-quality customers.
Secondly, in the chairman's speech on pragmatism and innovation, he emphasized the resolute attitude that "the core of pragmatism is the result-oriented strong implementation" and "there is no way out without innovation". Then he led us to think deeply about the goal and path of innovation from three dimensions: product innovation, business model innovation and management innovation, warning us to always be cautious about investment which means ensuring the precious and limited resources to be invested in the right place, and having firm confidence in it. Cautiousness was also reflected in business innovation. The chairman advocated that innovative businesses should be cut in by asset-light strategy as possible. And after the pilot project was successful, it should be copied quickly. While in unfamiliar business, we should actively use professional strength, avoid detours, pay less tuition fees and increase the winning rate to strengthen confidence.
It was also of great guiding and reference significance to our ongoing work. In our own work or business, we should always be humble and awed to the market and capital, recognize and respect the pioneer's profession, experience and past achievements, and use all forces that can unite and cooperate to improve the success rate of the project and realize the value of ourselves and the company.
Then, taking excellent enterprises as a reference, the president mentioned the accumulation of the company in the "pragmatic" culture. Taking goal orientation as the measurement standard, through dialectical thinking mode, he put forward 20 problems existing in daily work, which led us to reflect and summarize from our own perspective.
Among them, the sharing of "goal and achievement" made us have a deeper understanding of the importance of full and objective investigation and the huge potential risks of high achievement caused by low goals in the process of formulating work plans.
In the demonstration of "secondary decision-making and KPI-only", we realized that in the process of growing up with the company. The achievement of longer-term goals couldn’t be affected by our fear of difficulties or stage contentment, that was, "the achievement of long-term goals".
"Importance of problems and strategies" reminded us that in the process of formulating strategies and achieving goals, we should never ignore those real and huge challenges in all dimensions. We should thoroughly investigate and dig out the possible challenges and competitions from beginning to end, and make a good reserve of response plans in advance.
The importance of "building system process" lied in the reflection and inheritance of experience, that is, avoiding failure and promoting and copying success.
Then, by sharing "making and decomposition plans", "team training", "the importance of process management" and "benchmarking between superior and subordinate", the president repeatedly emphasized the importance of decision-making, strategy, goal and information transmission and circulation in the organizational structure of the company. To achieve the goal and plan with half the effort, we should do a good job of unifying thoughts and actions, improving the interaction mechanism of internal information and progress, keeping the continuity and fluency of the process, and always paying attention to the guidance and training of the team.
From the individual point of view, it was advocated that everyone had the ability to think independently and dared to put forward suggestions and opinions confidently in their own profession, while superiors should be willing to listen to the correct voices in the team. At the same time, everyone should have a sense of ownership, be able to look at the tasks implementation and the goals achievement from a global perspective, avoid simple implementation, always be vigilant against "learning without thinking, thinking without learning", keep learning and practice together, dare to accept challenging work, pay attention to the quality and timeliness of completing tasks, carefully set work goals and firmly implement them to the end, and prevent random changes and adjustments after setting goals.
Finally, the president's dialectical analysis of "feasibility and necessity" made us realize that business development should start from necessity, set practical and highly strategic goals, and through correct and effective strategies, rational resource allocations and employees with the ability to undertake tasks, achieve higher feasibility and finally complete the goals.
Through this study, I have deeply realized the truth that "the best proof of things is to see if they are effective, and the best test of theory is to see if it has any evidence". In the process of work, there are countless links and details that are easily overlooked or misunderstood from the formulation to the achievement of the goals. If you can't be vigilant at all times, improper handling of any link may have a chain reaction, which will have a negative impact on the team's growth and cooperation, resulting in the quality and efficiency of work promotion not as good as expected, and ultimately leading to the failure to achieve the goals.
Therefore, in the future work, we should start from the feasibility and necessity of our own work, formulate practical and challenging work objectives that have been fully checked with leaders and teams, be firm, have innovative consciousness and spirit, unite all internal forces that can be united, utilize all professional and effective external resources, and ensure the efficient and high-quality achievement of the work objectives through continuous learning and practice.
